Aqua Marine’s mission is to be the independent, easy-to access forum for the professional dredging community and the wider associated industries in Bangladesh.
Through its knowledge transfer and exchange programs, products and services, Aqua Marines enables the professional development, and corporate and personal success, of its members. It fosters technological innovation and advancement of best practice in all dredging-related activities.
It promotes the contribution of dredging to sustainable aquatic environment and infrastructure. Aqua Marine’s scope includes all fields related to dredging such as land reclamation, marine and fluvial construction, offshore energy, fluvial and deep-sea mining.
AQUA MARINE’s vision is to be essential to the professional dredging community and the wider associated industries and to be universally recognized for its professional expertise and balanced views. Achieving this vision means:

The following key objectives will be pursued in the next five years– Within its geographic area and technical scope AQUA MARINE will:

♦ Enable quick and easy access to up-to-date knowledge and information
♦ Proactively engage in relevant policy-making at international and national levels by providing impartial expert advice
♦ Provide opportunities for corporate members to present themselves to the AQUA MARINE community and others
♦ Broaden the membership by engaging young professionals and students and by enhancing its presence in countries and regions less covered
